CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. This consent to personal data processing (the “Consent”) is the will of a user of the Internet (the “User”) who submits personal data through the website at https://itexia.ru/ (the “Website”) to Joint-Stock Company ITEXIA (ITEXIA JSC), OGRN 1242300056910, INN 2310238590, registered address: 350000, Krasnodar Krai, Krasnodar Urban District, Krasnodar, 41 Ordzhonikidze St., e-mail: info@itexia.ru (the “Operator”).
2. Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, the User gives the Operator specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to process personal data for the following purposes:
contacting the User;
handling the User’s requests and enquiries;
providing consultations on the Operator’s services;
providing customer and technical support;
preparing and sending commercial proposals;
preparing, concluding and performing contracts;
providing services to develop, support, technically audit and improve websites and other information systems;
promoting the Operator’s goods, works and services;
sending informational and advertising messages where the User has given the relevant consent.
3. The User consents to the Operator processing the following personal data:
surname, first name and patronymic;
email address;
phone number;
organisation name;
job title;
INN of the organisation or individual entrepreneur;
information the User enters in requests, enquiries and other forms on the Website;
other personal data the User voluntarily provides and that is needed for the stated purposes.
4. The User allows the Operator to process personal data both by automated means and without them, including the following actions:
collection;
recording;
systematisation;
accumulation;
storage;
updating (refreshing, changing);
retrieval;
use;
transfer (provision, access) in the cases and to the extent needed for the purposes of processing and provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation;
blocking;
deletion;
destruction.
5. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with this Consent, the ITEXIA JSC Privacy Policy and the laws of the Russian Federation.
6. The Consent applies from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or the User withdraws it, unless a different processing or storage period is set by the laws of the Russian Federation or by a contract.
7. The User may withdraw this Consent at any time, or demand that processing stop, by writing to the Operator at info@itexia.ru. Withdrawal does not stop processing where the Operator has another legal basis under the laws of the Russian Federation.
8. The User gives this Consent by taking the relevant action in the Website interface, including ticking the personal-data checkbox and then submitting the form.
