CONSENT TO INFORMATIONAL AND ADVERTISING MESSAGES

I (the “User”), under part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising” and part 1 of Article 44.1 of Federal Law No. 126-FZ of 7 July 2003 “On Communications”, acting voluntarily, of my own free will and in my own interest, consent to receive informational and advertising messages from Joint-Stock Company ITEXIA (ITEXIA JSC), OGRN 1242300056910, INN 2310238590, registered address: 350000, Krasnodar Krai, Krasnodar Urban District, Krasnodar, 41 Ordzhonikidze St., e-mail: info@itexia.ru (the “Operator”).
Informational messages are messages about the Operator, its business, services, news, updates, changes in how the services work, and other information related to the Operator’s business.
Advertising messages are messages intended to draw attention to the Operator’s goods, works and services, to create or maintain interest in them and to promote them, including information about promotions, special offers and new services.
The User agrees to receive informational and advertising messages by:
SMS;
messenger messages;
push notifications;
phone calls;
email.
To send messages, the Operator may use contact details the User has voluntarily provided, including:
surname, first name and patronymic;
email address;
phone number.
The User gives this Consent by taking the relevant action in the interface of https://itexia.ru/, including ticking a separate checkbox that confirms consent to informational and advertising messages.
Giving this Consent is voluntary. It is not a condition of using the Website, sending a request, entering into a contract or receiving the Operator’s services, unless the laws of the Russian Federation expressly say otherwise.
The User may at any time refuse further informational and advertising messages and withdraw this Consent by:
sending a notice to info@itexia.ru;
using an “Unsubscribe” link or a similar function in a message received, where that channel provides one;
telling the Operator, by any other available means, that further advertising messages are refused.
After a refusal is received, the Operator stops sending the User informational and advertising messages on that channel, in the manner required by law.
This Consent applies from the moment the User gives it until it is withdrawn.
Withdrawing this Consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out before the Operator received the withdrawal.
